though it is a deep thought you got there. WHY does vinegar exist? it's an acid, but it doesn't burn us like hydrogen chloride would..

well an oil is a substance in a viscuous liquid state, so iguess all oils are somehow liquids
And if im not mistaken vinegar coms from the fermentation of ethanol, an since it has a max pH of 3 it doesnt burn us lol
